The HIVVY centres on a young Black gay man after he receives an HIV diagnosis.

A Gateway Arts Productions R&D, supported by Hackney Showroom and Arts Council England.

Kyle must navigate his new-found health concerns, his work as a secondary school teacher, and his relationships with best friend Nate and family, all while processing his emotions. Somewhere at the end of the labyrinth is self-acceptance, but Kyle must walk through the entrance first.
